About Us

LHB was born from the recognition of the power of food in health, but the lack of alternative options to Eat Less, Move More, low fat and calorie counting.  

Personal experience has shown that a number of health conditions can be improved or even put into remission simply by changing what you eat.  However, advice which is usually given from official channels often isn't what is necessary to achieve these results, plus the amount of support given is often minimal.
